State of the Cities Address - 2017
Join Mandan Mayor Tim Helbling and Bismarck Mayor Mike Seminary for the 2017 State of the Cities Address on Tuesday, Nov. 7th at the Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck. Participants will be privy to the latest outlook from the Mandan and Bismarck mayors and will hear about successes and challenges throughout their communities.
