Examining Our Unconscious Bias

Join The Village Business Institute for this June 7 training session led by Nancy Boyle. Developing an understanding of how to recognize and manage our unconscious biases is essential for creating fair, inclusive and discrimination-free workplaces and communities. This workshop is recommended for anyone who wants to better understand their own biases and how they affect day-to-day decision making.
