The Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce and Starion Bank are pleased to welcome back Professor Ernie Goss, MacAllister Chair and Professor of Economics at Creighton University, for a discussion of trends in agriculture, energy and economic development.
Agriculture and energy are established economic drivers in the Bismarck-Mandan community and contribute to the success and development of our region.
